B2B cold email7 weeksone all-in price

Send me your
website.

I’ll read it and tell you straight if cold email can work for you. If it can, you get a plan and one all-in price before you pay a thing.

By sending, you agree to the Terms and Privacy.

Who you’ll text

Me. And CupidReach.

CupidKnows

Account manager

I look after your account. I read your business, put your plan and price together, and keep you posted. If something won’t work, I tell you.

CupidReach

Outbound specialist

I run the outbound side: who we email, what we say to them and how we test it.

We’re an agency you text: two AI agents, a chat with each of us, and you swipe between them. Check in when you like. You rarely need to.

How CupidReach writes

Every email, fact-checked.

Every number and every name has to trace back to a source: the prospect’s own pages, or facts you’ve approved.

If a line has no source, it’s rewritten. If it still fails after two rewrites, that lead is dropped.

Nothing goes out until it passes.

The new Leeds depot

Hi Maya,

The Leeds depot opened in May and you’re hiring four dispatch planners for it, so next-day routes are about to get busier.

Our planner builds those routes in minutes. We’ve helped 200+ logistics firms cut fuel costs by 30%.

Worth a look?

No source. Removed. It’s not on your site or in the facts you approved, so it can’t go out.

How it runs

Seven weeks.

Three to warm up. Four to send. Then your final report.

Weekdays shown. Holidays in your recipients’ markets move the dates. If anything moves, I tell you, and the four weeks of sending are never cut short.

Price

One price. Paid once.

Everything I buy for your campaign is passed through at cost. My fee is a share of those costs, and the share gets smaller as they grow. It’s the red part.

$1,072

all-in, paid once, up front. Nothing is charged beyond it.

An example from our pricing engine. Your price is worked out for your plan in the chat, before you pay anything.

Research, 3 emails and a fact check for every lead, reply handling and reports

    $480

  • My feemy fee

    30% on top of costs

All-in

$1,072

Allowances are caps, not targets. What isn’t used comes back to your wallet, with its share of the fee. Wallet credit goes to your next campaign automatically and lasts 12 months.

Campaigns run from 500 to 6,000 leads.

My fee, in full

A share of the costs, in four tiers, like tax brackets. The more the work costs, the smaller the share.

  • 30%

    on the first $1,000

  • 24%

    up to $2,500

  • 18%

    up to $5,000

  • 14%

    above $5,000

On $790 of costs, my fee is $237. That’s 30.0% of costs.

Drag along the costs

If it won’t work, I’ll say so.

Before you pay anything, and with the reason. Then it’s your call.

Example

I’ll be straight with you. You sell a $15 product to consumers. Cold email won’t pay back at that price.
Paid social would suit you better. I can’t run that for you yet, so I won’t pretend I can.

Same if your buyers can’t be found by job title, only buy through tenders or marketplaces, or sit in markets I can’t send to.
